Who might fit where

At 10-6 and in sole possession of second in the West Division, the Esks have a four-point cushion over the Riders and Stamps and are two points behind B.C.

If the Eskimos win their final two games - against B.C. and in Calgary - the team will finish no worse than second.

If the Green and Gold lose their last two games and Saskatchewan wins their final two, the Riders get second place based on West Division records, because in head-to-head games the teams are deadlocked with one win and 55 points each.

If the Esks, Riders and Stamps finish tied at 10-8, Calgary gets second and Edmonton heads east for the crossover game.

One thing is certain: the final three weeks of the regular season won't be dull.

"We are still going for first spot in the West," said defensive end Joe Montford. "If Montreal beats B.C. (today) it is real thick over here."
