WHO TO WATCH

ESKIMOS 0-0-0

Ricky Ray

Wearing a brace on his hyperextended right knee but a lead-pipe cinch to start at quarterback if deemed healthy.

RENEGADES 0-0-0

Kerry Joseph

Former DB turned QB dropped 20 pounds this winter and is said to be quicker out of the pocket when he pulls the ball down and heads upfield.

THE HURT PARADE

The Esks are without offensive linemen Chris Morris and Glen Carson; LBs Marcus Winn, Antico Dalton and Jason Lamar; D-linemen Steve Charbonneau and Randy Spencer; receiver Robert Leblanc; and RB Ron McLendon. All are injured this week ... Offensive linemen Reggie Nelson, Samir Cahine and Mike Sutherland; receivers David Azzi and Darryl Ray; RB Ka'Ron Coleman; QB Brad Banks; and LB Cam Yeow are Ottawa's injury scratches.

NOTES

Esks free safety Kelly Wiltshire is playing in his 145th consecutive regular-season game tonight. The 33-year-old began his streak as a rookie with the Toronto Argonauts in 1997 and has played 18 regular-season games every year since then. If you add playoff and Grey Cup games into the equation, Wiltshire has appeared in 152 straight CFL tilts. Wiltshire is one of three former Renegades to sign with Green and Gold this off-season. DE Tim Fleiszer and FB Mike Maurer are the others ... Lifetime the Renegades are 1-5-0 versus Edmonton and winless at Commonwealth Stadium in three visits since joining the CFL in 2002. The Esks hung a 57-16 licking on the Gades when they were in town last August.
