HAMILTON - The last time Brian Bulcke played a true home game, he was still a member of the Calgary Stampeders.

Since signing with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in February 2013, Bulcke has been barnstorming.

From Alumni Stadium in Guelph, Ont. last year to McMaster’s Ron Joyce Stadium this season, the defensive tackle has yet to fully experience the Tabbies’ rabid fanbase.

“It’s been a while, but last year in Guelph was awesome, and, honestly, being back in Hamilton is great,” Bulcke said Friday at Ticats headquarters in downtown Hamilton. “We don’t have to make that commute anymore, and having our hometown fans has been good, but we’re still all excited for Tim Hortons Field.
