CALGARY - There will come a time when the Calgary Stampeders will anoint one of its quarterback trio as ‘The Guy.’

Just not right now.

“Probably, but then again, it just depends how your team reacts to it,” Stamps offensive co-ordinator Dave Dickenson said Thursday when asked if they’ll need to name a starter down the stretch. “I just feel like our team has one of the best locker-rooms. I just don’t see any issues right now. There’s not any guys lobbying for this guy or that guy and the quarterbacks are just being so professional about it. But listen, they know it’s close. There’s not a clear-cut guy. Just play well and do your job.”

With Drew Tate’s injured throwing arm improving, Dickenson seems to have three healthy quarterbacks at his disposal for the first time since July.
