Two big playmakers — one on each side of the ball — will be back in the Calgary Stampeders lineup Friday night.

And not a moment too soon.

The Red & White will need all hands on deck for the key West Division showdown at McMahon Stadium against the undefeated Saskatchewan Roughriders.

For speedster Maurice Price, it’s almost like he never left.

“It’s kind of ironic,” Price said. “The last game that I played was against Sask up at their place when we lost.

“It would be my first game back against them — first place is on the line — and I’m pretty sure we’re going to be playing in front of a sold-out crowd.”

Price used the bye week to nurse a sore hamstring back to health, while defensive end Charleston Hughes’ forearm issue has healed enough for him to return to the lineup with a playing cast.

“It won’t limit me at all,” Hughes said of the cast. “I’m going to have full mobility in my hand."
