CALGARY - Jon Cornish is no stranger to showing off his body.
No, we’re not talking about a certain mooning incident in Regina last season.
After gracing the cover of IMPACT Magazine sans shirt during the 2012 CFL campaign, the Calgary Stampeders chiselled tailback is at it again, this time highlighting Sportsnet Magazine’s Beauty of Sport issue, which hit the shelves Thursday.
The glossy spread features many amateur and professional athletes from all walks of sport, which was of particular interest to Cornish when he jetted off to Las Vegas in late April to stand in a Speedo on a rock formation.
“The experience was amazing,” said Cornish, pausing the football talk for a moment following Thursday’s practice at McMahon Stadium. “I enjoy Vegas as one of my most favourite spots on earth, but going down there for that specific event added a little extra energy to it.
