Ryan Perrilloux doesn’t throw the greatest knuckleball.
That’s probably good news for the Calgary Stampeders.
The 26-year-old quarterback, who arrived at McMahon Stadium on Tuesday after finally straightening out his passport issues, was featured on the TV show The Next Knuckler earlier this year.
The show gave former pro and college quarterbacks the chance to earn an invite to Arizona Diamondbacks training camp by learning to throw the knuckleball.
Perrilloux competed against former Stamps legend Doug Flutie, David Greene, J.D. Booty and eventual winner Josh Booty.
“In high school, I was a good baseball player,” Perrilloux said. “I had an opportunity to play pro ball.
