After taking up meditation last off-season, Cornish focused on taking his football skills and working on them in day-to-day situations.
“I’ve tried to be essentially a running back 24/7,” Cornish revealed Thursday. “I’ve tried to utilize things in my movement … Any time I can be standing on one foot, I’m going to be standing on one foot. Little things like that. Sort of more neuromuscular aspects of the game, as well as my normal training routine that I’ve been doing the last four years.
