Former Calgary Stampeders star running back Joffrey Reynolds showed no outward emotion Monday as a Calgary judge found him guilty of three criminal offences.
And Reynolds, 33, is now faces a possible stint behind bars on charges of common assault, assault causing bodily harm and being unlawfully in a dwelling.
Judge Brian Stevenson acquitted Reynolds on the most serious charge he faced — breaking into his former girlfriend’s Eau Claire condo.
The provincial court judge ruled Reynolds didn’t enter the woman’s suite in the early morning hours of last July 14 for the purpose of committing an offence, a necessary requirement for a break and enter conviction.
