The two rivals split a four-game series last season, with each team winning once in the other's park. The teams have split the past 10 at McMahon Stadium, with five wins apiece.
130 -- Average yards rushing the Roughriders have allowed on defence through four games.
Stamps OL Ben Archibald vs. Riders DE Stevie Baggs -- Through the first few weeks of the season, Baggs was a wrecking ball on opposing offences. When he lines up against Archibald, he will face one of the most underrated players at his position.
Keys to victory
1. Step up for Rambo -- Someone in the Stampeders' receiving corps will have to become the go-to guy with Ken-Yon Rambo done for the season with a knee injury.
2. Hold the ball -- The Riders lead the league in forced fumbles, and Stamps head coach John Hufnagel stressed several times his team needs to make ball security a major priority.
3. Attack the pass -- The Stamps defence will need to keep up its success in the pass game.
Calgary -- WR Ken-Yon Rambo (knee) is out for the season. A combination of Ryan Thelwell and Titus Ryan will replace him in the starting roster, while the Stamps added DL Justin Phillips (hip, calf) to the 46-man roster in Rambo's place.
Saskatchewan -- Left guard Gene Makowsky (torn MCL) makes his season debut after getting injured in the pre-season against the Stamps. SB Andy Fantuz (hamstring) is a game-time decision and would be replaced in the starting lineup by Chris Getzlaf if he can't go. DL Joe Sykes replaces DL John Chick (shoulder).
