No matter how damaged Ken-Yon Rambo's knee is, head coach John Hufnagel expects the receiver to require surgery.

In meeting with the media to discuss Rambo's condition Monday afternoon, Hufnagel didn't have much to report but he made it clear surgery may be the best option.

Rambo went for an MRI on his knee that was hurt on a tackle from behind by Lions linebacker Javy Glatt in Friday's blowout win, but the Stamps won't know the full extent of the damage until Wednesday.

There is no question Rambo is out Saturday when the Stamps host the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

The team added Jackie Chambers to the practice roster Monday to make up for the loss, but it appears the Titus Ryan will be given the chance to start again in Rambo's spot.

The Stamps should get Nik Lewis back in action against the Riders and that will help with the loss.
