HEAD-TO-HEAD

Calgary won the first Battle of Alberta this season 34-32, getting a last-second field goal by Sandro DeAngelis Aug. 4 in Edmonton. The teams have split the past 10, while Calgary has a 17-26-1 record on Labour Day, although the Stamps won last year's matchup 44-23.

KEY STAT

6.1, 6.2 -- The average yards per rush allowed by Calgary (6.1) and Edmonton (6.2) this season, which are the two worst in the CFL. This could be a great day for the rushers.

KEY MATCHUP

Eskimos LB A.J. Gass vs. Stamps RB Joffrey Reynolds -- Gass won his appeal for a helmet-throwing incident and will be keyed on shutting down the Stamps' running attack.

3 KEYS TO VICTORY

1. Henry on the money -- Calgary's QB has turned a corner after his traditional slow start. He needs to make the correct decision as to when to thread the needle.

2. Fill the gaps -- The Stamps defence has given up several long rushing plays this season, mostly because of missed assignments.

3. Tackle Tony -- The Eskimos are hoping Tony Tompkins can make a great return to the lineup and handle return duties once again.

KEY INJURIES

Calgary -- Left guard Jay McNeil returns after missing three games with a calf injury and will start. LB Rob Rodriguez gets activated from the practice roster.

Edmonton -- RB Tyler Ebell and LG Dan Comiskey return from injuries, but the Eskimos lost another receiver this week in Fred Stamps.
