Trey Young took the fake field goal pitch from Brett Ralph, crossed the 10-yard line and went full out into his touchdown celebration.

Then he could hear from the Calgary Stampeders bench Bashir Levingston was lining him up for the kill shot.

The safety turned and ran over the Toronto Argonauts returner to get into the endzone for a touchdown in Calgary's 33-10 victory last night at McMahon Stadium.

"I forgot about him. I didn't know he was that close. I still ran him over to get into the endzone," Young said. "People were probably saying Robert Baker."

Two years ago in Toronto, Young picked off Damon Allen, and was returning the interception when Baker drilled him, knocking the ball loose. It didn't happen that way last night, and for that, Young is thankful.

The Stamps were up 26-3 at the time and were lining up for a 46-yard field goal. But when the ball was snapped, holder Ralph pulled it up and pitched it to Young, who found a hole big enough to drive his car through.

He was so pumped to score, he started the celebration early.

"I get caught up a bit because the receivers do it all the time," Young said. "I just couldn't believe I was so wide open. I was expecting the touchdown.

"The guys made great blocks."
