Bumpus bumped Rufus in the Lions' den yesterday.

B.C. Lions' receiver Rufus Skillern was among a trio of players released to make way for two players cut from NFL squads. Ex-Seattle Seahawk Michael Bumpus and former New England Patriots' DL Stephen Williams are in. Skillern, who played in 15 games over two seasons, got his pink slip along with LB Terna Nande and DL Jonathan Williams.

Third-stringer Travis Lulay saw extensive practice time yesterday and could see action Saturday when the Toronto Argonauts visit. Buck Pierce is recovering from his latest concussion while Jarious Jackson has a 1-2 starting record since he beat the Argos in a relief appearance last month.

Can Ricky Ray solve the Toronto Argonauts' quarterback woes in 2012?
