24 hours: Your Lions profile says you are arguably the most athletic Lion. Is there anyone who comes close to matching you?

BANKS: We've got a couple. Barron Miles, but overall, I'm probably No. 1. I'm like a Lebron James with a few Dwyane Wade's, but overall, you'd pick Lebron or Dwyane.

24: Would you ever like to return to the NFL?

BANKS: No, not really. I'm trying to work something here. I have a little name, so I'm just going to keep building on that. In the NFL, I'm just another number.

24: Can you beat personal best numbers you've put up in previous years?

BANKS: Every year I have a chance. Every game, just depends on how many times the ball is going to come over. If I get a couple balls then I have the chance to beat it, so we'll see. We got 14 more games and I plan on four sacks, eight picks.

24: What will it take to beat those numbers?

BANKS: It's all about timing. Some teams, the way I play, they've been staying away lately. To win games they're going to have to come over, so I have to keep working and try to get better every day.

24: Any reason behind the number 24?

BANKS: When I was with Ottawa, they gave me a dumb number at first. I think it was 39 or 37, one of those crazy numbers. So then they saw me for the next couple of plays in practice, some dude came to me and said 'We're going to bring this jersey in and give you number 24'. It was a retired number and they gave it to me, so I felt like I would like the number. It was a big thing they did.
