Five game keys

PROTECT THE QB

Dave Dickenson has not played a full game since July. If the offensive line buffers him from the Rider blitz, he has a chance to play a full game Sunday and leave the field smiling. Buck Pierce and Jarious Jackson are ready, but Wally Buono doesn't want to use them out of desperation.

GEE-WHIZ, GEROY

Geroy Simon needs to find space and it'll be difficult because of Eddie Davis' coverage. Lions will need a big game out of the rest of the receiving corps to win if Simon is blanketed.

STOP THE RUN

Saskatchewan's receiving corps is not among the CFL elite. If Kenton Keith doesn't run the ball, Kerry Joseph will. If Leos' defenders stop them both, B.C. will win.

THE KICKER

Paul McCallum is a Lion, but he's playing in the stadium where he suffered one of his worst career defeats as a 'Rider in 2004. Properly focused, he can purge that memory and kick B.C. to Winnipeg.

THE CROWD

Orange and loud will make the Lions proud.
