Lions' defensive back Korey Banks on Saskatchewan quarterback Kerry Joseph:

Creativity:

"He's like Michael Vick - Vick has a great arm, but if you let him beat you with his legs, he'll beat you with his arm. If you take his legs away and make him one dimensional, you take his game away."

Scrambling:

"He is the best scrambler in the league, I'm not taking that away from Damon Allen. As of now Damon Allen is not playing. Joseph, you can't stop him scrambling. If you give him an inch, he'll take it."

Reading the play:

"He can't read as well as Dave, but he brings a lot of quality. He's a quarterback who will get you to the playoffs and win you games because of his running ability."

Resiliency:

"If he gets down on himself, it'll show. As long as he has his confidence, he can play with the best of them."

Vision:

"If you go out there and game plan Kerry Joseph like a normal quarterback, you're going to have a long night."

Toronto Argonauts' linebacker Kevin Eiben on Lions' quarterback Dave Dickenson:

Creativity:

"I don't know how much creativity he has, I know he gets his signals from his head coach, so it depends on how creative the head coach is."

Scrambling:

"He always finds a way to get away from the pressure, he gets up into the pocket."

Reading the play:

"One of the top quarterbacks in the league, he's up there with Damon Allen. He's very strong, he knows what his opponents are going to do, he gets the ball to the open guys. Whenever you have a quarterback that can do that, he's dangerous."

Resiliency:

"He's a tough quarterback, you can keep on hitting him and it just seems like he's just never going to go away."

Vision:

"He's got great vision, he's always finding that open receiver."
