Offensive lineman Cory Mantyka, who joined the team in 1993, is the longest-serving Lion and he's hoping to win his third Grey Cup next month.

24 hours: Talk about the challenge you face in Winnipeg on Monday.

#68 Cory Mantyka: "We realize we're in a slump right now. We need to pull our heads out of our butts and get going."

24: The offensive line has been criticized this year for the amount of sacks allowed. What's up?

#68: "We can always get better, it doesn't matter if it's week one or week 14, we've got to get better every game and if we're not seeing improvement we've got to do something to make sure there's improvement."

24: The O-line traditionally dines together before a game. Will Monday's meal be turkey?

#68: "I hope so. We'll have to wait and see what the forecast is, whether it's yardbird or K-Fried."

24: You're a country music fan. Who do you listen to?

#68: "I like Terri Clark, she's got a phenomenal voice. Sarah Evans, Alison Krauss. A little bluesy stuff isn't bad either."

24: Being on the O-line isn't a gentle job, but you work in the off-season as a nurse in Bellingham.

#68: "Well there's such a thing as tough love in nursing. It definitely is a contrast. I enjoy both of them and I do them pretty well. Nobody's complaining.

24: Which hospital?

#68: "St. Joe's, the only one there. I don't specialize, I float around, it depends where they need me."
