Tino Sunseri replaced an injured Darian Durant and completed a touchdown pass to Dan Clark to lift visiting Saskatchewan to its fifth consecutive victory.

Durant was 9-for-15 passing for 104 yards but suffered an injury to his throwing hand at the end of the second quarter and Sunseri was 8-for-13 for 86 yards in the second half for the Roughriders (6-2), who avenged a 26-13 loss to BC in Week 3. Will Ford recorded 108 of Saskatchewan's season-high 228 rushing yards.

Kevin Glenn completed 15-of-21 passes for 146 yards for the Lions (5-4), who saw their three-game winning streak come to an end. Solomon Elimimian led all players with 12 tackles and two sacks, while Tim Brown recorded 277 combined return yards and returned a punt 75 yards for a touchdown.

Sunseri engineered a 90-yard drive that culminated in a 1-yard touchdown toss to Clark at the end of the third quarter, giving the Roughriders their first lead of the contest. The Lions conceded a single on a punt with two minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, making it a four-point difference.

Brown's touchdown followed a 38-yard field goal by Paul McCallum to put the Lions up by 10 points 4:15 into the contest. Roughriders kicker Chris Milo made three field goals in the second quarter to trim BC's advantage and kicked a 48-yard field goal 5:44 into the third quarter.
