The undefeated Winnipeg Blue Bombers have concluded their practice week, but they still have quite a few roster questions to answer before taking on the Montreal Alouettes at Molson Stadium on Friday night.

Receiver Aaron Kelly and special teamer Rene Stephan both got hurt at today’s practice. Kelly took a knee shot during Monday’s practice and practised yesterday, but it swelled up today so he was a spectator. Winnipeg native Brett Carter was taking reps in his place. Stephan, meanwhile, got hurt during the 90-minute session and left the field with an undisclosed injury.

Defensive tackle Zach Anderson (heel) won’t play for the Bombers (2-0) against the Alouettes (1-1), while the status of safety Moe Leggett (ankle) is up in the air. American offensive lineman Cordaro Howard will start at left guard in place of the injured Chris Greaves. It also looks like running back/returner Paris Cotton will make his CFL debut this week.
