The Hamilton Tiger-Cats are on the clock -- unless they trade the pick, of course.

There are plenty of things that could happen before the first pick is made shortly after high noon on Monday in the Eastern time zone, but it's pretty clear there are five or six players who are in a class by themselves.

It's just a matter of figuring out when they're going to go and to which team.

University of Oregon linebacker Bo Lokombo is believed to be the best player available, but he still has a year of school remaining and will likely be drafted by an NFL team next spring. So he won't be going early, and the team that takes him -- if anyone does take him -- may never see him.
