The CFL enjoyed another banner year in 2012.

Attendance increased, TV ratings were up, and the product on the field provided plenty of thrilling moments. There was a 3% increase in scoring, and 56% of games were decided in the final three minutes.

Here is a look at the top 10 CFL stories (of the non-Bomber variety) from 2012.

10. FAREWELL, OLD FRIEND

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats played the final game at historic Ivor Wynne Stadium on Oct. 27, beating the Winnipeg Blue Bombers to send the 85-year-old park out in style. Demolition crews started tearing down the stadium in mid-December, and, if all goes to plan, the Tabbies will play in Guelph in 2013 before returning to a new park on the Ivor Wynne site in 2014.
