Let the games begin.

The mind games, of course.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders sent out their weekly schedule, and on it was the term ‘practice closed.’

Is there something fishy going on behind those closed doors at Mosaic Stadium? Wouldn’t the Calgary Stampeders like to know.

The move might cost the Roughriders if they go through with shutting everyone — including the media, not just fans — out of their on-field sessions during the CFL playoffs.

On Tuesday, the CFL levied a fine against the B.C. Lions for shutting the doors on their practices last week.

One of the reasons Riders head coach Corey Chamblin said he wanted to have a super-secret practice was due to others already taking those steps.

The Riders don’t have tickets to sell this week, so it’s an easy decision to cut their public out of their information.
