Skater makes significant changes ahead of worlds, Olympics

Patrick Chan describes it as “regrouping, refocusing and revamping.”

To others, it might come across as panicking.

But no matter how you slice it, the Toronto skater’s preparations for the world figure skating championships, which will be held in London, Ont., March 13-17, are, if anything, carefully planned and heavily weighed.
