There will be a Vitor Belfort sighting inside the octagon after all.

The Nevada Athletic Commission granted UFC middleweight Belfort a license to fight in Nevada, opening up the opportunity for Belfort to come back into the ring later this year.

However, there are a number of stipulations that Belfort must adhere to in order for him to fight.

He cannot compete before December, he must fight in Las Vegas for his next bout and he is also subject to random blood and urine testing, no matter where he is. He also must pay for the enhanced-testing procedures.

As that domino fell, so did the next one in line.

The UFC announced that Belfort will now face UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman in the main event at UFC 181 on Dec. 6.

In his opening statement to the commission, Belfort laid out the reasons he was applying for a license.
