The fight may be over, but Nick Diaz isn’t finished yet.

Less than two weeks removed from a one-sided unanimous decision loss to Georges St. Pierre at UFC 158, Diaz has gone back on the offensive.

On Tuesday, Diaz’s camp accused the Quebec athletic commission of uneven practices regarding the UFC 158 weigh-ins and drug tests, and will be filing a formal complaint.

The Diaz camp took exception to the commission’s decision not to record decimals during the weigh-ins. Both fighters are required to weigh 170 pounds for a title fight to be green lighted. However, commission officials opted to automatically round down all decimals, allowing both fighters to weigh as much as 170.9 pounds.
