Mauricio (Shogun) Rua gets another shot at UFC light-heavyweight champion Lyoto (The Dragon) Machida. Also, Josh (Kos) Koscheck takes on Paul (Semtex) Daley.

BLOW BY BLOW

Jason (The Athlete) MacDonald vs. John Salter

Round one

Salter lunges with a left hook. He grabs underhooks and delivers knees to the body. Salter is just pressing MacDonald against the fence, not really trying to muscle him down. MacDonald with an inside leg kick. They clinch again and Salter has double underhooks. He presses MacDonald against the cage.

The ref breaks them. MacDonald tries a head kick and Salter takes him down. The ref stops it. It looks like MacDonald's broken his leg or something. The replay shows MacDonald's shin snapping. Ouch.

Winner: John Salter by first-round TKO (injury)

Yoshiyuki (Zenko) Yoshida vs. Mike (The Joker) Guymon

Round one

Guymon grabs a Thai clinch and knees Yoshida's body. Yoshida reverse it. He tries a throw, but Guymon falls on top. He's in half-guard and presses Yoshida against the cage. Yoshida grabs a guillotine, but it's a bit loose. Guymon throws some punches to the body.

Guymon passes to side-control. Yoshida brings him back to half-guard, but eats an elbow. Yoshida is back up and presses Guymon against the fence. Yoshida can't get the takedown. Guymon knees his legs and they stay in the clinch.

The ref separates them. Guymon misses a head kick. He charges with punches, but Yoshida avoids it. Guymon connects with a big right-hook. Guymon trips him down and unloads with elbows and punches. Yoshida kicks him off, but Guymon is right back on top of him. Good round for Guymon.

Round two

Guymon backs him against the fence. Guymon delivers some hard knees to Yoshida, takes him down and passes to side. He gets full-mount, but Yoshida gets out and stands up. Guymon takes him right back down. Yoshida is back up and presses him against the cage. He tries a takedown, but Guymon pushes him down to the mat. He gets full-mount and takes Yoshida's back. He gets a rear-naked choke, but Yoshida escapes.

Guymon tries for an armbar, but Yoshida avoids it and stays on top. Yoshida takes side-control. Guymon tries a gator roll from the bottom, but no luck. Yoshida connects with an elbow as the round ends.

Round three

Guymon connects with some nasty body kicks. He follows up with a left-right combo. Guymon with a big knee to the head. Yoshida gets the takedown. He's in half-guard. Guymon rolls him over and is on top now. Yoshida is back up and grabs a single-leg. Guymon counters and is on top now. He takes Yoshida's back and delivers elbows to the side of the head. He grabs full-mount and spins around to unload with more elbows to Yoshida's face.

Yoshida is bleeding now. Guymon takes mount. Yoshida brings him to half-guard. Guymon unloads with punches as the round ends.

Winner: Mike Guymon by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)

Tim (The Thrashing Machine) Hague vs. Joey (The Mexecutioner) Beltran

Round one

Beltran tries a stright-right, but it's blocked. Hague connects with a big left, but eats a huge right-hook. Hague shoots and presses him against the cage. They break. Beltran tags him with another right. Hague tries a big right, but Beltran counters with a flurry.

Beltran with a couple stiff jabs. Beltran charges again and Hague is just moving straight back. Beltran with a couple nasty uppercuts. Hague misses another takedown attempt. Beltran connects with another flurry. Hague is taking a lot of punishment. Hague with a big right. He misses yet another takedown attempt. Hague with a big left and both guys are bleeding. Beltran tags him with a left-right combo. Thy swing for the fences as the round ends.

Round two

Hague with a nice jab. Hague backs him against the cage and swings for the fences. Beltran tags him right back and they restart. Beltran with a hard uppercut. They start swinging again against the cade, but neither man goes down. They restart. Beltran with another big uppercut. Hague is looking tired. Hague with a good jab, but eats a left-hook. Beltran charges, but Hague avoids any damage.

Hague fakes a left and lands a big right. Both guys are slowing a bit. Nice jab by Beltran. Big right from Hague as the round ends. They've each got a round.

Round three

Beltran starts out with a stiff jab. Hague misses a big overhand right and gets tagged with an uppercut. Hague gets him down, but Beltran pops right back up. Beltran with a had leg kick. And another. Hague picks him up and slams him. Beltran gets back up. Hague clips him with a jab. Beltran with another leg kick. Hague is exhausted. Hague tries his own leg kick and connects with a left-hook. Hague with another big right and tries a flurry. Beltran comes back with a combo of his own.

Hague with another takedown. He takes full-mount and unloads with punches. Beltran rolls him and unloads with punches of his own. They stand up and exchange jabs.

Winner: Joey Beltran by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-26, 29-28)

T.J. Grant vs. Johny Hendricks

Round one

Hendricks with a slapping leg kick. Grant lands a head kick. Hendricks shoots and takes Grant down. Grant gets up and delivers a knee to the body. Grant tags him with a straight-right. They exchange leg kicks. Grant delivers a knee to the head. Grant delivers an accidental low blow. Hendricks withb a left-straight.

Grant with a right-straight. Hendricks takes him down, but Grant gets right back up. Grant knees him in the body and unloads with punches as the round ends.

They restart. Hendricks with a big uppercut. Grant delivers a knee to the body. Grant with a leg kick.

Round two

Grant with a big straight-right and follows with another knee to the body. Hendricks with a solid straight-left. Hendricks catches a knee and takes him down. Grant tries an armbar, but Hendricks pops his arm out. Grant gets right back up. He dlivers another knee to the body. Big right-hook from Grant.

Hendricks presses him against the fence, but Grant gets out. Big head kick from Grant, but Hendricks immediately takes him down. Grant tries for a triangle-choke and switches to an omoplata attempt, but Hendricks avoids it. Grant stands back up, narrowly avoiding a head kick. Grant knees him in the body again.

Round three

Hendricks with a couple slapping leg kicks. Grant delivers another accidental low blow. The ref takes a point away from Grant.

Nice leg kick from Hendricks. Jumping kick to the body from Grant. Massive slam from Hendricks; he jumped with it. They stand up.

Two knees to the body by Grant. Hendricks with some nice body shots from Grant's Thai clinch. Hendricks takes him down again. Grant is back up, but Hendricks puts him down again. Grant gets back to his feet and unloads with punches. Grant with another big knee to the body, but Hendricks shoots and takes him down. Hendricks ends the fight with a flurry of punches.

Winner: Johny Hendricks by majority decision (29-27, 29-27, 28-28)

Marcus (The Irish Hand Grenade) Davis vs. Jonathan (The Road Warrior) Goulet

Round one

Goulet tries a head kick. He connects with a body kick and takes him down. Davis rolls him over and they get back up after the scramble. Davis staggers him with a big left-straight. Goulet presses him against the cage, but Davis grabs a guillotine choke. Goulet looks to have tapped on the back of Davis' head, but the ref didn't see it. He pops his head out and takes him down.

Davis gets back up and they separate. Goulet catches a head kick attempt. Davis kicks him off, but is shoved back down. Davis gets back up, but Goulet grabs a single and puts him down. Goulet delivers a series of punches as the round ends.

Round two

Davis drops him with a big leftt. He lands a massive punch while standing above Goulet. Davis is in half-guard. Goulet gets back to his feet and is bleeding a lot. Davis lands a huge left uppercut and the ref stops it!

Winner: Marcus Davis by second-round TKO.

Joe (El Dirte) Doerksen vs. Tom (Filthy) Lawlor

Round one

Lawlor comes out to "Living in America," while draped in a U.S. flag.

Doerksen with a stiff body kick. Lawlor charges, but gets tagged with a straight-right. Doerksen grabs a Thai plum and delivers a series of knees to the body. Doerksen tries a head kick. Doerksen with another body kick. Lawlor drops him with a big left, but Doerksen is back up. Lawlor with a nice left-straight. Lawlor hurts him again and unloads against the cage. He catches him with a massive uppercut. Doerksen comes back with big knees to the body.

Nice straight-right from Doerksen. Lawlor blocks a body kick and follows with a straight-left. Doerksen with another knee to the body. Doerksen is moving forward and both guys are swinging. Lawlor slips and Doerksen is on top. Lawlor gets back to his feet, but Doerksen pushes him back down.

Round two

Doerksen with a head kick attempt. Doerksen with another body kick. Big straight-right from Doerksen. Both guys land jabs. Doerksen with another head kick attempt, and follows it with a kick to the leg. Doerksen with a straight-left.

Doerksen catches a leg kick and takes him down. Doerksen lands on his back! Doerksen sinks in a rear-naked choke and it's over!

Winner: Joe Doerksen by second-round submission (rear-naked choke)

Patrick (The Predator) Cote vs. Alan (The Talent) Belcher

Round one

The crowd goes crazy for Cote. It's deafening in here.

Belcher with a nice body kick. He misses a second attempt. He catches him in the body again. Cote responds with a leg kick. Belcher lands a low blow and tries to pounce on Cote. The ref stops it so Cote can recover. Cote catches him with a big right. Cote backs him on the fence and lands a hard right-hook. Belcher with a cracking kick to the body.

They tie up and Cote throws him off. Cote catches a body kick and takes him down. Cote passes to half-guard. He grabs a kimura! Belcher spins out and is on top. Belcher is now in side-control. Belcher with a short elbow. Cote gets to his kness, but Belcher puts him back down.

Round two

Belcher with a leg kick, but Cote tags him with a straight-right. Belcher with a teep. Cote lands a right and follows with an inside leg kick. Another leg kick. Cote hurts him with a big straight right and is coming forward. Belcher clinches and presses him against the cage.

Belcher tags him with a knee, but Cote snags it and gets the takedown. Belcher gets back to his feet. He picks Cote up, slams him and sinks in the rear-naked choke for the win.

Kimbo Slice vs. Matt Mitrione

Round one

It's easy to tell who the fans are rooting for -- Slice gets as big a reaction as Cote.

Mitrione misses a head kick. Slice follows with a body punch. Slice lands a huge straight-right charges. He slams him, Mitrione has him in a triangle choke. Slice gets his head out and is in side-control.

Mitrione gets him back to half-guard. Slice works in some punches to the body. Mitrione is back up and presses him against the fence. Slice switches and slams him again. He delivers more body shots. Mitrione tries for another triangle, but Slice is out. Slice with a nice body punch. Mitrione lands a big knee. He gets another. Mitrione kicks his leg out, tripping him down. Mitrione grabs a gator roll, but the round ends.

Round two

Big straight-left from Mitrione. Slice presses him against the cage. Mitrione is taggin him with that straight-left. Big leg kick from Mitrione. And another. Slice looks hurt. Slice shoots, but Mitrione spwarls. Nice right from Slice. Mitrione tags him with a combo, but Slice shoots again. Slice is in trouble.

Mitrione falls on top and working for a choke. He knees Slice in the body repeatedly. Mitrione tries for a rear-naked choke. Mitrione lets it go and unloads with punches from the mount. Mitrione has an americana, but Slice doesn't tap. Mitrione unloads with punches and the ref stops it!

Winnner: Matt Mitrione by second-round TKO.

Sam (Hands of Stone) Stout vs. Jeremy (Lil' Heathen) Stephens

Round one

Stephens with a nice outside leg kick and follows with a stiff left hook. Stephens takes him down and is in guard. Stout gets back up, but eats a knee. Quick jab from Stephens. Stephens catches him with a massive overhand right.

Solid leg kick from Stout. Stephens with a body punch. Stout follows with one of his own. Stephens drops him with a straigh-right. Stout looks to be bleeding from his nose. Stephens with a spinning back-fist. They stand and trade, each lands their shots.

Stephens delivers a body kick. Stout with a leg kick. Another leg kick. Stephens tags him again with a big right.

Round two

Stout with a solid body kick, but eats an uppercut for his efforts. Stout with a hard leg kick. Stephens catches a leg kick attempt and knocks him down. Stout grabs a kimura, but is forced to let it go.

They stand back up. Stephens catches him coming in with a straight-right. Stout tags him with a left-hook and follows with a leg kick. Stout with a liver shot. Stout is starting to tee off with combos. Both guys look to be bleeding. Stephens tries a takedown, but lands a knee to the body on the break.

Stout tries a head kick. Stephens catches him with a left-hook. He tries the spinning back-fist again. Stephens lands a straight-right as the round ends.

Round three

Stout lands an accidental low blow. Stephens with a leg kick. Stout responds with a nice body kick. Stephens delivers a big straight-right. Stephens lunges with a left-hook. Stephens knocks the sweat off him with a left-hook. Stephens lands a right-hook, but Stout counters with a body kick.

Two nice jabs from Stephens. Stout lands a huge leg kick and Stephens is hurt! Stout drops him with a big right and unloads with elbows on the ground. Stephens responds from the bottom and gets back to his feet. Stephens with a nice jab and a left-hook. Stephens tries a flying knee. Stephens catches him with a big right to the ear. Stephens is bleeding from under his eye.

Stephens with a hard left-hook. Stephens takes him down as the round ends.

Winner: Jeremy Stephens by split-decision (30-27, 29-28, 28-29)

Josh (Kos) Koscheck vs. Paul (Semtex) Daley

Round one

Both men get mixed reactions.

Daley tries a flying knee to start. Koscheck fakes the takedown a bit. Daley with a body punch. Nice jab from Daley. Koscheck explodes with a takedown. Koscheck grabs Daley's back as he stands up and slams him back down.

Koscheck takes side-control, but gets brought back to half-guard. Koscheck postures up and tags him with a stiff punch. Koscheck takes his back and works for a rear-naked choke. Daley gets out and lands an illegal knee to the downed Koscheck. The replay shows it didn't even land. Classy, Koscheck.

Daley with a nice leg kick. Koscheck shoots for a single-leg as the round ends.

Round two

Daley catches him with a big left. Koscheck shoots and gets him to the mat. He's in side-control. Koscheck is staying on top, but isn't doing much. He finally passes to guard, but Daley brings him right back to half-guard.

Koscheck works some body punches and begins tagging the head. Koscheck with some elbows; he's all over Daley. Koscheck takes full-mount, but loses it again. Koscheck with another elbow. Koscheck takes his back and delivers some punches to the head.

Koscheck works for a rear-naked choke as the round ends.

Round three

Daley moves forward. He tries an uppercut and follows with a jab. Daley tries a head kick. Daley delivers a knee, but Koscheck shoots off it. Daley defends on the cage, Koscheck pulls him off the fence and gets him down. He's in half-guard.

Koscheck lands small punches to Daley's head. Koscheck with a nice elbow. He covers Daley's mouth to disrupt his breathing. Koscheck takes the full-mount. Daley rolls, but Koscheck takes his back.

Daley pulls him back to half-guard. Koscheck continues working the body as the round ends.

Daley throws a punch after bout is over and Dan Mirgliotta pounces on him! Dana White is in the cage and he's talking to Daley.

Winner: Josh Koscheck by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)

Lyoto (The Dragon) Machida vs. Mauricio (Shogun) Rua

Round one

Huge reaction for Shogun. The crowd boos Machida like crazy.

Machida checks a leg kick. Rua misses another attempt. Machida tries a flurry, but eats a leg kick. Rua explodes with punches, but Machida avoids them. Machida trips him to the mat and is in half-guard. Rua is back up, though. Rua knees his legs. Machida lands an uppercut as they break. Rua chases him with punches, but Machida takes him down again.

Rua stands back up, but takes a knee to the body. Rua knees his legs against the cage. Rua drops him with a massive right-hook and Machida is hurt! Rua mounts him and unloads and it is all over!

Winner: Mauricio Rua by first-round knockout
