During a Q&A session with fans at UFC 99 in Germany last week, president Dana White said he hopes to have two cards in Canada next year. In an mmajunkie.com report, White says that with Montreal's UFC 83 and UFC 97 both netting a large gate and strong pay-per-view numbers, Canada could host two events in 2010. White has his eyes on Toronto, but hasn't ruled out trying to bring the UFC to other provinces.

White blasts Cop out

White says Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic has betrayed him. The UFC prez says Filipovic had verbally agreed to a three-fight deal with the UFC, but following his first fight back -- a victory over Mostapha Al Turk at UFC 99 -- he announced he had instead signed a three-fight deal with the DREAM organization in Japan. White blasted Filipovic as a liar.

Road Warrior sidelined

Montreal's Jonathan "Road Warrior" Goulet has been forced to pull out of his UFC 100 fight with Dong Hyun Kim due to a shoulder injury. The veteran welterweight will be replaced by T.J. Grant at the July 11 event.

Nogueira-Couture a go

It's official -- UFC 102 will feature a heavyweight clash between Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Randy "The Natural" Couture.

Affliction KOs Maine-iac

Tim "Maine-iac" Sylvia has been dumped from Affliction Trilogy Aug. 1 following a 10-second knockout loss to former heavyweight boxing champ Ray Mercer. Sylvia, a former UFC heavyweight champ, was one-punched by Mercer at the Adrenaline MMA event in Alabama last week.
