The World Series of Fighting made a highly-controversial decision, in its talent acquisition, when it decided to book Dustin Holyko to fight Neiman Gracie in a fight that actually hit the small screen on NBC.

Holyko ended up dropping the match in a second-round submission but what's more upsetting is his checkered past.

A search of the Volusia County (Florida) Clerk records shows such lowlights as a 2005 disorderly intoxication charge, a concealed weapon charge in 2008, a 2010 disorderly intoxication and obstructing of an officer charge.

And those are just the minor charges.

There was a 2011 domestic battery charge and cruelty to animals charge, a 2012 felony battery domestic charge and most recently a domestic battery charge by strangulation.

Currently, he is on probation in Florida for an "escape" charge in 2012.

He also has a number of white-pride tats scattered over his body and the Nazi SS tattoos on his back.
