Cristiane (Cyborg) Santos has a new opponent for her Invicta FC debut.

Ediane Gomez was scheduled to face the former Strikeforce women's featherweight champion at Invicta FC 5, but suffered a shoulder injury. With Gomez on the sidelines, Australian fighter Fiona Muxlow has agreed to step in. Muxlow was originally set to meet Julie Budd on the card. Invicta officials are searching for a new opponent for Budd.

Santos signed with Invicta after securing her released from the UFC. The Brazilian striker lobbied for a fight with women's bantamweight champ Ronda Rousey, but stated she could not make the 135-pound weight limit.

In her last outing, she picked up a 16-second TKO victory over Hiroko Yamanaka. However, the bout was later ruled a no contest after Santos tested positive for stanozolol, an anabolic steroid. She was retroactively suspended one year and fined $2,500.
