Earlier this week, Nate (The Great) Marquardt was killing time at Denver International Airport
The Strikeforce welterweight champion had just wrapped up an intensive training camp in preparation for his upcoming title defence against Tarec (Sponge) Saffiedine and was waiting to board a flight destined for Oklahoma City. The hard part was behind him, all that was left was to make weight and then perform on fight night.
As Marquardt was kicking around the terminal, he inadvertently locked eyes with a familiar face. After briefly racking his brain, it hit him.
