With a stunning, come-from-behind victory, Dan Henderson earned a first-round TKO over Fedor Emelianenko Saturday night in Hoffman Estates, Ill., in the feature bout of Strikeforce and M-1 Global: Fedor vs. Henderson.

The pair went toe-to-toe from the beginning, with Emelianenko coming out flying. At one point, Henderson was dropped to the canvas and the finish seemed imminent, but the Strikeforce light-heavy-weight champ scrambled out the back door and landed an uppercut to the Russian’s chin.

The Russian collapsed, and a few additional blows forced the referee to stop the fight with 48 seconds left in the opening round.
