Boxing legend Muhammad Ali is preparing for a new bout after filing a lawsuit against the former owners of his Kentucky mansion, alleging the property is plagued by problems.

Ali and his wife Yolanda bought the sprawling estate in Louisville in 2006, but he alleges the couple has since found several structural issues.

Ali also claims the home has a leaky roof and chimney, mold problems, and structurally defective decking - and he's accused the former owners of failing to tell him about any problems with the house.

The 69-year-old is suing the couple for unspecified damages, according to TMZ.com. (CL/WNWCZM/ZN)
