KINGSTON — To become the best at anything, there's hard work involved ... with a lot of sweat, maybe a few tears along the way.

In curling, there's another dynamic involved — team chemistry.

Rachel Homan's team, out of the Ottawa Curling Club, has used its sense of humour along with world-class shotmaking and the skip's evolving strategic awareness to vault itself to being among the best in Canada, at a very young age.
