Jennifer Jones favourite heading into her 10th Scotties appearance

WINNIPEG - She is making her ninth straight trip to the national curling championship in Kingston, Ont., this week -- and 10th overall.
Both are records for a Manitoba skip.
And Jennifer Jones could write another chapter in the book of a career that is already legendary — if she wins her fifth Canadian crown in only 10 tries by the time the 2013 Scotties Tournament of Hearts ends. Only Nova Scotia's Colleen Jones has won more, with six — in 20 trips.
Jones would also be the first Manitoba skip to win five Canadian crowns. The only Manitoban already with five is Cathy Overton-Clapham, who won them all as a third — four with Jones.
"It's unbelievable any time you win a Canadian championship and it would be unbelievable and exciting to do it again here in Kingston at the end of the week," Jones said from a Kingston restaurant Thursday. "But there's a lot of games still to win before we can even think of that."
