LETHBRIDGE, Alta. -- No matter what happened on the late draw last night, the stage is set for a dramatic rematch of last year's national women's championship final.

Team Canada's Kelly Scott and Manitoba's Jennifer Jones were in a three-way tie atop the standings of the Scotties Tournament of Hearts before last night so this afternoon's contest should be critical in determining the final placements this weekend.

"It was one game," said Jones, who was at the nationals as Team Canada last year but lost that final. "We didn't play that well. Obviously, we'd like to have another shot but we just wanted to have a good week here and so far, we're doing OK."

Although that loss still stings, Manitoba third Cathy Overton-Clapham is not seeking revenge.

"When you lose a final, you don't think about playing her again," she said. "Obviously, you think about losing the final in general, no matter who it was."
