But sure enough on Twitter Saturday, the hashtag #brier was for a time trending at No. 3 in Canada, just behind #tigerblood, a reference to one of Sheen’s many memorable recent quotes.
And later Saturday afternoon #jlc — the acronym for London’s John Labatt Centre, where the Brier is being held — was No. 5 in the country.
One Twitter user seemed to sum it all up nicely: “if Charlie Sheen was at the #brier he would be #winning due to his #tigerblood,” he tweeted. Try telling that to Kevin Martin.
