WINNIPEG - The Jeff Stoughton curling team is off to a strong start the curling season.

The Winnipeg rink defeated Team Joe Frans 6-2 in the final of the 2012 StuSells Toronto Tankard and received $15,000 in prize money for their win at the High Park Curling Club in Toronto. Stoughton’s team led 3-2 in the seventh before scoring three to take a commanding lead.

The team changed their lineup this year adding 2006 Olympic Gold Medallist Mark Nichols to play lead.

Do you think Chad Johnson can still play at a high level in the NFL?
Yes, he is a talented receiver
No, he is too old to play
CFL might be a better option
