Senators assistant coach Luke Richardson — a former teammate to many of the team’s players — and his wife Stephanie have tragically lost their 14-year-old daughter, Daron.
The Senators confirmed in a statement late Saturday that Daron tried to take her own life by hanging herself at the family’s home. The club said she was rushed to hospital and succumbed to the injuries in ICU.
It has been a couple of weeks but I thought of you all today. We won't forget her either. god bless

I am so sorry for your loss.Losing a child cuts your soul right to the bone and I doubt the pain ever leaves you. My heart goes out to the Richardson Family,and I hope that more Parents pay closer attention to their Teens struggles with all the pressures the world and media place upon them.
