Well, Bosh is screwing Toronto. I'm he assured Colangelo that his departure would be mutually beneficial. We need a sign and trade, we need picks or something.

Bosh did well for Toronto. Was not a franchaise carrying superstar, but he was the best player in the Raptor's history. Good luck in Miami!

If that original sign-and-trade report of Michael Beasley and two others coming to TO in a sign and trade is true, then the Raptors are a better team than last year.

.....yawn....
R Murphy, 2010-07-07 17:19:58
So the Raptors botched a Bosh sign and trade with Miami because they didn't like Michael Beasley. I think he's probably better than... NOTHING! How can they not like Beasley as compared to no one:(hold the phone)isn't this the same team that drafted Rafael Arujo number one? Seems like the people running the show in Raptorland still don't know what they're doing, even after all these years!

At least Bosh Didn't Wince like Vince to Leave Toronto. He played Hard while He was Here... But... OWNERS... when are we going to stop Grooming our Young Pics... for the Rest of the League. Kids get Good... and want to Leave Canada... for the U.S. of Eh. Take our Money and Run. Last Point... Hockey Town... Put together a Team .. Like the Old Pistons Team... Smash, Bash, Blood on the Floor... T.O. FANS would LIKE That... KooKooBaby.

I think that Bosh should have been honest with the Toronto Raptors. He had no intention of signing with the team and should have told the team so. Now he is enemy #2 in Toronto.

Who cares indeed. As far as I'm concerned the Raptors can follow him out of town. Like all chauvinistic Yank baseball and basketball players he wants to be where he'll be "recognized" and adulated. Both the NBA and MLB are frikken jokes. I'll bet this draws no more than about a dozen comments.

It's sad to see him go but I'll secretly be cheering for him in Miami.. except when the Raptors play the Heat. He was a great Raptor who carried us through the Vince Carter pain. Hopefully Bargnani can carry us through the Bosh pain now.. Good luck Chris!

I was worried that T.O. would resign Bosh, I'm glad that he is gone, even if T.O. doesn't get anything in return. Bosh didn't have the leadership that the team needed. That being said, it is hard to say who will now that he is gone for T.O. The Raptors have a young athletic team that I think will surprise many this coming season. 2 good rookie pics by Colangelo, and we have the young guns along with Bargnani who I think needs to step up and take a leading role. If BC does a sign and trade with Beasley we can always send him to another team in a package with Jose or Jarrett to get a fast paced guard like Collison from the Hornets... I'm excited for the Boshless era in Toronto. It's time for change, its not like we could do much worse without him.
