A pedophile pardoned...nice job!! I am so fed up with our justice system. Since when is it right to protect someone who preys on children and never shows remorse over his actions. There's never been an apology or anything to indicate his remorse. I say to Kennedy, Fleury and to anyone else who was a victim of James...stand up, come forward and let him know, and those who are involved in the justice system, that it's unacceptable. You have our support!! We need to protect our kids. And for those lawyers out there who are saying it works just fine, give your head a shake....would you still feel that way if it were your child?

People! People! The Nationasl parole Board isn't allowed to differentiate between the nature of a person's crime-that's their story and they're sticking to it. Besides, we Canadians are a forgiving people, right? We even pay Clifford Olson a monthly pension. Anyway, I'm sure that Mr. James has gotten his life back together-maybe he's even joined the clergy...

Marni, this is not Stephen Harper's gov't's fault. The justice system is Liberal leftovers. This why he had to perogue parliment long enough to appoint some Conservative senators to start making a differance. When the people handcuff the Prime Minister with a minority gov't he can do very little to overhaul any system. So we are stuck with "Liberal" justice.
