Tiger Woods will return to golf at the Masters in April.
In a statement, Woods said he will play at Augusta National after a four-month hiatus because of a sex scandal.
The Masters begins on April 8.
Woods says that while he's returning to competition, he still has a lot of work to do in this personal life.
He last played Nov. 15 when he won the Australian Masters. Less than two weeks later, he crashed his car into a tree outside his Florida home, setting off revelations that he had been cheating on his wife.

Poor little rich kid. He should have spent some time in the workforce and payed his dues.

This is just pathetic! As other people have posted, all he is sorry for is that he got caught and it ruined his "fun". This press conference was just step one in trying to build his reputation up again. Once a cheater always a cheater, so Elin would be wise to just get a divorce and move on with her life. After what he has done, she would always be wondering if he's cheating again. I am a golfer and enjoy watching golf on tv once in a while. But if or when Tiger returns to golf, that will be it for watching it on tv for me.

A scripted apology and choreographed presentation. I don't believe he was genuine at all. I feel sorry for his wife and children, and hope they realize that there are much better on there OWN.

Hey lazydog your name says it all... you couldnt have much of a life if the indescretions of an athelete upsets you or your son.
If you dont like what an athelete does, or if it goes against your moral fibre... dont support him or her, but please dont be stupid and hypocritical and tell us that an athlete must apologize to YOUR kid because of his or her actions in private life. Hey pal you and your son should get a life and stay out of other peoples business.
I personally dont give a rats *** about Tiger or his carrying on.. but I am willing to bet that most of the so called moral majority have themselves been guilty of exactly the same indiscretions (including you)both male and female. So dont be a bloody hypocrite.
