Tiger Woods will return to golf at the Masters in April.

In a statement, Woods said he will play at Augusta National after a four-month hiatus because of a sex scandal.

The Masters begins on April 8.

Woods says that while he's returning to competition, he still has a lot of work to do in this personal life.

He last played Nov. 15 when he won the Australian Masters. Less than two weeks later, he crashed his car into a tree outside his Florida home, setting off revelations that he had been cheating on his wife.

The only I repeat, only person he owes anything to is his wife, that is their business,not ours. It's a pity those close to Tiger don't support him in that manner. Yes, he is a public figure, in a profession he chose. But unless it is golf related, but out folks. Actors, singers, anyone in the public eye owes us their talent, not their personal business.

People keep saying "who cares", well its pretty obvious most people do care what he's been up to, even wall street was slow trading from 11am til noon friday. Everyone cares because we can all learn something out of this. Money can't buy you love!

The only thing he is sorry for - is that he got caught!! I always wondered why he was supposedly a "role model". He pouts, throws clubs and swears if he makes a bad shot. In other words he is a poor sport and undeserving of any hero worship.

I agree with the sentiment of most people ... why is this front page news? It should have much less prominence on your site .. . perhaps a footnote in the golf section would be sufficient enough.
