3) Banned from MLB for Life in any position.
4) Banned from the Hall of Fame for Life.
Time to make an example of these guys. He made Millions of dollars from fans believing he was playing the game fairly. He lied to everyone. He deserves to have everything stripped from him that he basically stole from the game because of his Steroid ways.
