What are your thoughts on Tiger Woods?
Wed, December 2, 2009

Tiger Woods says he has let his family down and regrets "those transgressions with all of my heart."

In a statement Wednesday on his website, Woods says he has not been "true to my values and the behaviour my family deserves." He offered his "profound apology" to his supporters.

In his statement, Woods did not offer details of any alleged relationship.

He also said he has been "dismayed to realize the full extent of what tabloid scrutiny really means."

What are your thoughts on Woods' alleged extra-marital relationships? Have your say in our forum.

The only reason he is feeling bad is because he has been caught. Typical of and celebrity/athlete that has an image tarnished by bad behavior. He did not wake up one day and decide to be stupid. appology has more to do with preserving a money making image than with real regret for his actions. Looks good on him

This is his personal business and none of anyone elses. Should not be in the news in any way shape or form.

Tiger has done so much for so many...let him be. He only has to answer to his wife and mom on this one. Tiger was bound to show he is human after spending his life in the spotlight.

The only apology he owes is to his wife and if people require a golfer to be a role model for their own kids our society is in big trouble.

Oh my, he's human!!!

Is this what our society has come to, making a mountain out of a molehill. I don't know what color the sky is the world of tabloids but it is and has become so sick and invasive in peoples lives that it borders on a form of mental illness....

Admire him for his golf game, let his personal life be his own.

Leave the poor man alone. I don't conside this a newsworthy story. I'm sure something more important can be reported on!

Tiger made a mistake... how about we broadcast yours to just your friends, family, employer and co-workers... some role model you'll be tp your own kids I'm sure if we shined a light on your life.

The fact that people have an interest in the personal lives of celebrities doesn't make any of it the public's right to know. If the celebs with issues want to flaunt them in public that is a different story but that is where your rights end. Anything they choose to keep private is their right and a violation of those rights for us tp pursue.

Leave Tiger's family alone.

Jaimee Grubbs is an idiot. She is an opportunistic fool thinking she will benefit from opening her stupid mouth. If she cared at all about Tiger she would have kept her mouth shut and wouldn't have saved 300 phone/text messages. She saved them to use them... to show off who she was involved with - to her friends and eventually the media. This stupid girl thinks this is going to benefit her. Opening her mouth is going to ruin her life.

Change your name Jaimee, change your looks, leave behind your family because you are garbage and the world is going to crawl up your back side. You will regret choosing to ignore the fact he was married. You are a selfish whore and a major condemnation of Tiger's judgment. I think less of Tiger; not for succumbing to sexual temptation, but for doing it with someone with your pathetic character.

The right's of an ex to air the dirty laundry are always subject to challenge. I hope Tiger's lawyers sue you into oblivion... better yet Elin and the kids sue you for pain and suffering. Tiger cheated... you are a home wrecker out for personal gain... what goes around comes around deary. You will suffer for your greed.

The Voice Of Reason has said it best.

To hell with the namby pamby tards of our society and idolize the people that make our society safe and secure and help everybody. Not some ham fisted athlete who's in it for their own gain.

I haven't seen any of these "heros" save anybody nor have I seen them contribute to the betterment of our lives IE: new energy source, life saving device or a cure for cancer or any other terminal disease.

Our society is a pathetic example of idiots worshipping other idiots.
