Bob, settle down, Pogge is not ruined. In fact, he made some stellar saves last night and was the reason the score wasn't double digits.

The roster is exactly what you'd expect from a team in the first year of a rebuilding project. If the roster looks the same in two years then I would become a little concerned. Relax Leafs Nation, read a book, go see an OHL game and take a pill.

The old saying "if you can do it, if you cant teach" guess the teachers fund practice what they preach. Who will be the next coach or GM to get fired, you are correct the ones they have now.

Why would anyone think they can take one of those jobs and succede in Toronto? To predict the future just look at the past. Good luck Toronto things are going to stay the same as long as you buy tickets and Jerseys.

Guess what they are not Canada's team as the media like to promote them.

Teachers fund tried that out West they would get a eye opener. The Leafs are nothing more than a cash cow for the TF so dont get your hopes up Toronto.

Buy the way are you still so sad Matt got away after he went west and the Canucks went south? Same results as he got in Toronto, score a couple of goals and everybody starts buying stanley cup tickets.

Just like the leafs to ruin a young player by exposing him to this crap... way to go...

They should fire wilson and burke.. both twits..

as a lifelong leaf fan, i look forward to the day (hopefully in the near future) when they actually put an NHL caliber team back on the ice. lets face it, this team would have a tough time winning in the minors. They just don't have the talent to compete. Toskala and schenn (maybe Stajan) are keepers... get rid of the rest.

Why haven't the leafs picked a captain yet...? I think it is high time for them to do so. Let Pogge stay up and learn to play in the majors. With a guy like Cujo on the bench to teach how worse could they do.

They are showing their inconsistency as a Bi-Polar team. They tease us some nights into believing they are an upside team and then deflating us the next game with a stinker. It will be a rollercoaster for a few years to come.Enjoy the ride.

Rebuilding the leafs is a long term project. Burke should prepare to move assets this month for promising young prospects and high picks.

The first thing the Leafs need is an actual coach. Not someone who spends all his time covering his ass. In the beginning of the year he preached that we would do lousy this year - cover his ass, since then he has griped and criticized his players to the media. Take some leadership! Who would want to play for someone like that. When you center Grabovski and Hagman with Deveaux you know that Wilson is playing for trades. How must Joseph feel? When do the players begin to revolt at a coach that belittles them to the populace? Doesnt this all point to the coach - never mind that SJ is finally having a great year.

We were warned at the beginning of the year that the Leafs would lose more that win. I think we were spoiled by some early success. I also think that now that Burke is here the players are waiting for the other shoe to drop. Seems to me that since he's arrived their play has dropped off considerably. Before he got here even though they were losing, they were exciting to watch, now not so much. His arrival I think is also affecting th coaching staff. They too must be wondering when and what changes are going to be made.

how is it that the devils despite injuries or trades to key players always remain a tough team to beat and always in the final ditto carolina and despite montreals slump they to are always in the hunt leaf fans deserve a team capable of at least being in the picture and while its early days for mr.burke i hope tosoon see the leafs in post season play
