Should injured Eskimos receiver Jason Tucker play football again? Tue, July 29, 2008
After watching Eskimos receiver Jason Tucker fracture two vertebrae in his neck last Friday, teammate Kamau Peterson believes this is the end of the line for No. 83's playing career.
"I just don't see him taking that risk (of playing again)," said Peterson.
Esks head coach Danny Maciocia believes there isn't anything left for the slotback to accomplish on the football field.
"I can tell you right now he is worried about being a husband and a father," said the bench boss. "I can guarantee you that."
If given a clean bill of health in the future, should Tucker play football again? Would he be better off retiring with his health? Have your say in our forum.
We will still love you if you decide to do the right thing, & find a safer way to live. Good luck, whatever you decide !
