HAMILTON - The Canadian Football Hall of Fame is set to welcome five new members.
Former CFL stars Doug Flutie, Michael (Pinball) Clemons, Mike Pringle and John Bonk will be inducted as players. Tom Shepherd, who began his involvement with the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 1966, will enter in the builder's category.
Flutie was named the league's outstanding player an unprecedented six times and led his teams to three Grey Cup titles.

Of course Flutie should be inducted into the Hall of Fame. What a dumb question. He is the best football player the CFL ever had. And I'm grateful that I was around to see him play. He is still good enough to come back and win a Grey cup for the Stamps. Go Stamps!
