The Maple Leafs have traded Carlo Colaicovo and Alex Steen to the St. Louis Blues in exchange for forward Lee Stempniak.
Stempniak, 25, a native of West Seneca, N.Y., scored 27 goals two seasons ago.
This season, he has three goals and 10 assists through 14 games.
Is this a good move for the Leafs? Have your say in our forum.
Colaiacovo, Steen dealt to Blues
Looks like Burke maybe coming to Toronto, he has had a contract extension on his desk since the trade deadline and hasnt signed it yet. We can only hope and pray he will be here in mid June and rebuild this team with big tough Canadians and Americans ( stop drafting so many soft europeans already )that will be physical and other teams will dread coming to the ACC because they know it will be a very long night!!

I am a Sens fan but would like to see a rivalry again in Ontario.
Keep Kaberle, Antropov and Toskala and see who you can get a few picks for out of the rest.
Hopefully Sundin will show some class and not demand $5 mill next year so they can start to rebuild.

The Leafs predicament is clearly the fault of management (no surprise). This is the result of hiring an inexperienced G.M. (Ferguson) by management (Peddie).
What a joke. Leaf fans should stop going to games and buying merchandise. Then again, they're hooked on the Leafs like a heroin addict.
By the way, I am a Leafs fan....and really feddup with the current status of the organization.
The fans deserve better.
