The Maple Leafs have traded Carlo Colaicovo and Alex Steen to the St. Louis Blues in exchange for forward Lee Stempniak.

Stempniak, 25, a native of West Seneca, N.Y., scored 27 goals two seasons ago.

This season, he has three goals and 10 assists through 14 games.

Well one good thing if Burke comes to the little smoke, they will get bigger and tougher and wont get pushed around especially at home.

The jury is still out if he is the right guy for the job as far as rebuilding the team through the draft since the Leafs cant go out and sign free agents anymore like they did with Roberts, Corson, Lindros...

This is a match made in heaven. Brian Burke and the Leaf fans, both think that they're bigger than the game and both are delussional. May the circus continue. I for one think that it will be enjoyable to watch the implosion on National TV.
